Pat Nymberg

Education: BA in Education from the College of Mount St. Joseph

Experience with children: Pat taught Physical Education and Health for 16 years at Ursuline Academy, Walnut Hills and the Cincinnati Academy of Physical Education. She also has 20 years coaching experience in sports including basketball, soccer, swimming, and softball.

Family: Pat is married with four sons.

Carla Siegel

Education: BA in Education from the College of Mount St. Joseph, and Masters from the University of Dayton.

Experience with children: Carla has 19 years of teaching experience, primarily with grades 2-5. She has also coached at the high school level, 4 years as a Varsity Softball Coach, and 18 years as a Basketball Coach. She has worked as a Director of Laffalot Camps for 4 years.

Family:Carla has 3 brothers, 2 sisters and 15 nieces and nephews who all reside in Ft. Loramie.

Julie M. Abeling

Education: Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University; Bachelor in Science-Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University

Experience with children: Mother of 3; I have been teaching at St. Pius X Elementary since 2000; GOTR Coach; and I was a Day Care Director for 7 years

Family: Julie has been married for 23 years and have 3 great children!

Lori Albers

Education: Lori has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education from the University of Dayton

Experience with children: Lori has been teaching in the Ft. Loramie Local School District since graduating from college. She has predominantly taught 6th grade Math and Language Arts. Lori also has experience coaching volleyball and soccer. She has been a counselor at a special needs camp, as well as a Girl Scout troop leader.

Family:Lori is married and has one son and 2 daughters.

Stephanie Blackton

Education: Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University

Experience with children: Stephanie has taught 2nd grade for two years at Dennis Elementary in Springboro City Schools, and third grade for two years at Miami East Elementary in Miami East Local Schools. Stephanie is responsible for her schools STEM club and also helps with after school tutoring

Scott Day

Education: BA in middle childhood education from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in 2009.

Experience with children: Scott has worked at various summer camps in the Cincinnati area since 2005. He has been teaching science and math at St. Thomas More Elementary School since 2009.

Family: Scott got married in 2012 and has two dogs. He also grew up as the third of five children in a family of seven.

Sam Dimario

Education: BS in Elementary Education from DePaul University in in 2014.

Experience with children: Sam was a counselor at the Blue Ash Rec Center's Camp Blue Fish for five summers. She was also a team leader for the Americorps program Jumpstart in Chicago, where she spent three years working with preschoolers from under-resourced neighborhoods.

Family: Sam is the oldest of three children born and raised in Norwood.

Lisa Asher

Education: BS in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Coaching from Wilmington College in 2014.

Experience with children: Lisa just finished her first year of teaching Physical Education at Saint Peter in Chains in Hamilton. She also has experience in coaching swimming and is the head coach of the Archery team at Saint Peter's.

Family: Lisa, her three brothers, and one sister grew up on a farm. Lisa has one dog named Patsy!

Ken Fisher

Education: Bachelors degree from the University of Toledo in K-12 Physical education. Masters in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College Detroit Michigan.

Experience with children: I have been teaching elementary Physical Education for the past 25 years at Coldwater Elementary, Ohio. I also have been a basketball coach for the past 25 years at all levels 7-12. I have also coached softball for the past 8 years the last 5 as the head coach. While in college I also worked at the Boys and Girls Club in Toledo.

Family: Ken is married to his wife of 26 years Donna, who is a Intervention Specialist in the High School, and they have 4 children.

Jeff Haney

Education: BS in Biology from DePaul University, pursuing a Master's in Education from Xavier University

Experience with children: Tennis instructor for children of all ages through teenage and college years (from ages 3 to high school age), lead kayak trips for local camp groups on Chicago River, sports and specialty camp coordinator for Blue Ash YMCA, and has taught middle school Science at Holmes Middle School in Covington, KY since 2011.

Family: Jeff was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. He is the fourth of five children.
 
Courtney Heflin

Education:  Graduate of Archbishop Alter High School.  Studied Physical Education after high School

Experience with children:  Courtney has worked with kids at different camps since he was 14 years old and has 10 years experience working with Laffalot.  Courtney is also the Director of Basketball Operations for the Alter Lady Knights basketball teams/camps.

Family:  Courtney is the youngest of 5 siblings.

Angela Holtgrefe

Education: BS in Physical Education from the University of Dayton in 2009.

Experience with children: Angela has been teaching Physical Education since 2009 at St. Thomas More school. She has also been working with Laffalot since 2006, starting as a counselor and moving up through the years!

Family: Angela is the oldest of 3 girls, and lives in the Loveland area.

Aubrey Hughes

Education: BA from Morehead University

Experience with children: Aubrey worked at daycare centers and camps while in college. She taught school for a short time after graduating from college before becoming a stay at home mom with her children for several years. Aubrey is currently a substitute teacher for Miami County as well as a track and cross country coach for Newton Schools. She also has experience as a dance coach.

Family: Aubrey is married and has 2 children.

Becca Jones

Education: 2015 graduate of University Dayton with a BS in Education and Health Sciences specializing as an Intervention Specialist.

Experience with children: Intervention Specialist for Crawford Woods Ele. in Hamilton School District. Director of Mentors for For the Love of Children. Home tutor for a 17 year old boy with a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Family: Youngest of three children.

Lori Kaiser

Education: Bachelors Degree in Health, Physical Education and athletic Training from Wright State University in 2006

Experience with children: Lori has been teaching for 8 years. Her career started at Covington Elementary School in Covington, Ohio. She is currently teaching elementary Physical Education at St. henry Elementary School. Prior to teaching, she worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer with Community Sports and Therapy where she was placed with athletes at Marion Local High School.

Family: Lori is married to Chad and has 3 daughters.

Natalie Miller

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Teacher Education from Bowling Green State University.  Graduated Magna Cum Laude;  Associates Degree in Exercise Science, Graduated Summa Cum Laude

Experience with children: Assistant coach in gymnastics forr ages 5-12 for several years.  Natalie 

Family: Aunt to 5 beautiful nieces and 3 awesome nephews.  Proud owner of an awesome dog, Peri.

Marlo Mitch

Education: BS in Education from Wright State University

Experience with children: Marlo has taught at Greeneview Schools for 18 years. The first 7 of those years were spent in the classroom teaching Jr High Health. the past 11 years have been at the Elemenatry School teaching Physical Education. She has coached track and cheerleading for 14 of those 18 years.

Family: Marlo has one daughter.

Krista Pettus

Education: BA in Education from Bowling Green State University, Masters in Education from MaryGrove College, Special Education Degree

Experience with children: Krista has been teaching since 2002 at Anna Elementary School.

Family: Krista has been married since 2002. She and her husband have three children, 2 girls and a boy.

Mindy Siefring

Education: BA in Physical Education and Health from Bowling Green University. Masters degree from Nova Southeastern University

Experience with children: Mindy has been teaching for 26 years. In the 1990’s she was with Immaculate Conception School in Celina, and since then has been with St. Henry Schools.

Family: Mindy has a husband, Doug, and has 3 children.

Nicole Unger

Education: BA in Psychology and Spanish from The University of Toledo. MEd in School Counseling from Boston University.

Experience with children: Nicole has been working as a school counselor since 2009. She has 10 years of experience coaching boys and girls volleyball to various age groups. Nicole has been running Laffalot camps in the Toledo area since 2010.

Family: Nicole is married and lives in Toledo, OH with her husband.

Destinee Wannemacher

Education:  Master's degree in Public School Administration from Oral Roberts University;  Bachelor's degree in Science Education from ORU.

Experience with children: Has been teaching at Bucyrus High School and coaching middle school girl's basketball for 3 years, a youth leader at church for 3 years, and was a camp counselor for  an Assemblies of God summer camp for 4 years.  1 year as a family nanny.

Family:  Destinee has been married for 9 years.

Duane Warvel

Education: Duane has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Indiana Wesleyan and a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of Dayton.

Experience with children: Duane has been in public education for the past 30 years and is presently teaching in the Franklin Monroe School District. Duane also has experience as a Varsity Boys Basketball coach as well as a Varsity Track coach.

Experience with children: Duane has been married to his wife Gwen for 30 years, and they have 2 daughters, Sadie and Chloe.
